Returns & Refunds
At Fyndings, all items are vintage or antique and sold as described. We encourage you to read each listing carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us at Fyndings@gmail.com before shipping anything back. Due to the fragility of fine porcelain, they are not returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Transit Damage
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the damage and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been altered, cleaned, or polished after purchase are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was misrepresented.
